Rogue Cowboys is a 501(c)(3) cowboy technology guild focused on keeping western workers economically relevant in a changing world. We do that with training and certifying working cowboys and veterans in cattle technology, drone operations, livestock monitoring, and modern ranch skills.
The organization’s flagship Cowboy Tech & Pilot Apprenticeship is a 12-month initiative running annually from June to June, combining traditional cowboying with emerging technology to create new opportunities for the next generation of western workers. Apprentices train together both in the field and remotely from their local communities through regional Rogue tech stations.
In September, Rogue Cowboys will host the first annual Rogue Cowboy Field Trials & "Droneo" in Three Forks, Montana, bringing together working cowboys, drone pilots, livestock technology, and western competition in a live field environment.
Stay tuned for more details.
